Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) would like to inform the public of a Special Service Campaign for Isuzu mu-X and Isuzu D-MAX vehicles.

The lower second steering shaft bolt of these vehicles may have been tightened below the specified torque value. Given the road conditions in the Philippines, it may possibly loosen over time. With this, IPC has taken the initiative of implementing this service campaign activity to inspect and re-tighten to meet the required torque value as a precautionary measure.
All involved vehicles should be brought to the nearest Isuzu authorized dealer for proper inspection and corrective action.
Customers with vehicles included in the Special Service Campaign will be sent an Owner Notification Letter with instructions.
