Spacious, modern and customer centric, this is what the new IOS design of Isuzu Batangas dealerships is all about. Officially relaunched to the public last October 18, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) and GENCARS Inc. (GENCARS) showed to its customer in the south a renewed and elevated Isuzu customer experience.

Leading the opening ceremony were IPC President Tetsuya Fujita and GENCARS Chairman Edgard Cabangon, who personally toured the guests in their new facility, starting with their newly renovated dealer façade and frontage with ample parking space for customers, keeping the dealership a popular landmark in that very busy crossing along Sto. Tomas national road.

With its newly renovated showroom, Isuzu Batangas can now easily fit up to 6 light commercial vehicles and 2 trucks with enough space for sales transactions, kids play zone and a very cozy customer waiting lounge. The rest of its 5,184 sqm land area is allocated to its new well-lit and ventilated service shop with 8 bays intended for light vehicle and 1 bay solely for trucks – making sure that the dealership is ready to accept any Isuzu models for aftersales service.

“A leader for more than 45 years, GENCARS has been providing the best sales and aftersales service to our customers in different areas in Luzon – giving the highest priority to customer experience. And with this new IOS facility, we are confident that Isuzu Batangas will be able to provide better service and increase our customer satisfaction in the province,” said IPC President Tetsuya Fujita.

Designed to be conducive to the needs of its customers, the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS) gives utmost importance to not just in sales but to the over-all customer journey – starting from their inquiry, sales, after sales service and their continuous return to our showroom, enabling Isuzu dealerships nationwide to provide customer support in every step of the way.

During the event GENCARS Chairman Edgard Cabangon thanked IPC for its continued support and shared the company’s plan in the coming years, “Our new expansive showroom and service center in San Pablo, Laguna is set to open its doors very soon, and it, too will exhibit the Isuzu Outlet Standard. A new showroom will also rise in Naga City next year. In addition to this, we are working on remodeling all our other dealerships with the Isuzu Outlet Standard,” Cabangon said.
