Technical Trainer (1)


  • Conducts technical training programs for Isuzu dealerships on automotive servicing, vehicle fundamentals, and troubleshooting to guarantee excellent customer vehicle operation.
  • Sets training program KPIs and regularly evaluates the effectiveness of the programs through assessment results and observations. Provides recommendations of intervention action plans.
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and process owners in developing accurate and up-to-date training materials.
  • Seeks innovative methods in the implementation of the training programs through various platforms.
  • Manages the training costs and ensures the efficient use of the company resources.


  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related course.
  • With at least 3 years of automotive technical training experience; training certification is a plus.
  • Must have technical knowledge in commercial and light commercial vehicles.
  • Proactive individual with keen attention to details and good organizational skills. 
  • With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  •  With valid driver’s license (LTO restriction of at least 2 or 3).
