Parts Supply & Logistics Manager (1)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversees and manages the organization's spare parts supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Develops strategies in maximizing the process efficiency and productivity of parts operations.
  • Maintains good relationships with parts procurement, suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and customer relations.
  • Leads a team in the implementation of proposed strategic activities and provides constructive performance evaluation of each team member.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of Business Management or related course.
  • With at least 10 years of supply chain and logistics experience; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • With at least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Results-oriented with excellent networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
