Human Resources Staff - Innovation & Process Improvement (1)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of innovation and process improvement programs to streamline HR processes and promote productivity and engagement in the organization.
  • Conducts benchmarking activities to improve existing policies and coordinates with management and union groups of the revisions as necessary.
  • Leads in the creation and development of automation projects and manages all system-related improvements and customizations.
  • Represents the team in ISO related audits and ensures compliance to documentation and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related course.
  • With at least 3 years of related experience; experience in the manufacturing is an advantage.
  • An agile HR practitioner with an exceptional degree of self-leadership, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
  • Results-driven and output-oriented.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive individual with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency.
  • With keen attention to details and good organizational skills.
