Human Resources Staff - Employee Engagement & Communications (1)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for the development & implementation of culture building programs and employee engagement activities in line with the IPC Culture.
  • Collects feedback and suggestions from employees and develops employee engagement program proposals based on the evaluated concerns of stakeholders.
  • Leads in the development of the employees’ newsletter and drives employee awareness of company rules, regulations, and activities through various communication channels.
  • Coordinates with the Labor Management Council on labor-related matters and prepares necessary documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related course.
  • With at least 3 years of related experience; experience in the manufacturing is an advantage.
  • An agile HR practitioner with an exceptional degree of self-leadership, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
  • Results-driven and output-oriented.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive individual with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency.
  • With keen attention to details and good organizational skills.
