Digital Marketing Manager (1)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develops digital marketing strategy by studying market indicators and trends, identifying customer needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Designs, builds, and maintains the brand’s digital presence. Collaborates with Dealer and Dealer SE group in advancing their digital channels and digital marketing efforts.
- Works closely with IPC digital and creatives agency in creating impactful materials and optimizing each to deliver utmost KPIs.
- Completes digital marketing group’s operational requirements by scheduling and assigning TMs and monitoring work results. Submits monthly report for Digital Marketing group.
- Develops Digital Marketing Staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Marketing Management, Advertising, Communication Arts, or any related course.
- With at least 10 years of proven work experience in Advertising and Digital Marketing; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- With at least 5 years leadership and supervisory experience.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to handle and prioritize multiple campaigns.
- Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
