Dealer Sales Staff (2)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinates with dealers in the implementation of strategic business strategies and promotion of the Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) category and monitors its effectiveness.
  • Reviews and evaluates dealer sales performance and applies countermeasures as necessary.
  • Conducts regular dealer visits and provides assistance on LCV sales concerns.
  • Monitors and prepares accurate reports on the achievement of LCV sales target.
  • Assists in research analysis on current market trends on price, promotional discounting opportunities, and customer behavior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of Business Management or related course.
  • With at least 5 years of related experience; experience in handling fleet sales operations in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in market research and sales analysis.
  • Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
