JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Interacts with customers to answer inquiries, clarify processes, or provide relevant resources.
  • Coordinates with relevant dealers and departments to address customer concerns.
  • Troubleshoots customer issues according to approved guidelines and procedures.
  • Performs dealer audits to ensure compliance with customer service procedures.
  • Monitors dealer performance on customer issue management and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Communications, Business Management, or related course.
  • With at least 3 years of related experience in customer relations management; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Must possess a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
