JOB DESCRIPTION
- In-charge in the accurate inventory, monitoring, and proper disposal of IPC’s office supplies with consideration to cost and company interest.
- Responsible in the canteen management and coordinates with provider on feedback and concerns.
- Complies to all Policies & Procedures when processing documents related to corporate services.
- Submits weekly status reports and prepares data/metrics for the section.
- Assists in reviewing existing policies and systems and benchmarks on customization and revisions as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Business Management or any related course.
- With at least 3 years of similar work experience.
- Experience in other facets of administrative functions such as canteen management and office supplies inventory management is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with keen attention to details.
- Customer-oriented with an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
- Proactive individual with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
