JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible in the recruitment of job vacancies of the company through utilization of various platforms and within reasonable time and cost.
  • Facilitates onboarding procedure of new employees and regularly monitors their adjustment from time of endorsement up to regularization.
  • In-charge in the implementation of the training calendar and processes all logistical needs related to learning and development.
  • Represents the team in ISO related audits and ensures compliance to documentation and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related course.
  • With at least 3 years of related experience; experience in the manufacturing is an advantage.
  • An agile HR practitioner with an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
  • Results-driven and output-oriented.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive individual with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency.
