General Accounting Staff – Tax Reporting (1)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Accomplishes daily ETRD forms and weekly excise tax reports for submission.
Validates excise tax amount based on actual sales and computes for excise tax adjustment in case of price increase.
Prepares and submits on time the Official Register Book and coordinates with Revenue Office on Premise for excise tax concerns.
Ensures timely document processing and payment of tax and returns and updates working file for the monitoring of payments.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of Accountancy or related course.
With at least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or audit; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
