• Responsible for the development and execution of effective business strategies to maximize potential in commercial fleet channels and increase parts sales volume.
  • Develops and manages the national fleet program policy to drive parts sales revenue growth, profitability, and continuing customer satisfaction.
  • Achieves sales targets of parts through accurate forecasting and customer analysis. Quickly identifies client culture and understands the key influencers to suit the client’s business needs.
  • Identifies business opportunities and establishes long-term customer commitment with new and existing fleet accounts.
  • Provides the support necessary to develop, retain, and enhance a high level of positive customer experience with fleet customers.
  • Assists with fleet administrative tasks as requested and ensures all customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
  • Works closely with cross-functional units (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Service) on fleet-related issues.


  • Graduate of Business Management, Engineering or any related course.
  • With at least 5 years of account management experience; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • With basic technical knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Has a proven track record in the achievement of sales profitability.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in market research analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding critical thinking and accurate decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • With a valid driver’s license.
