• In-charge in the management and control of IPC’s administrative services such as vehicle units, canteen, office equipment and supplies with consideration to cost and company interest.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of programs and policies to sustain quality customer service and continuous innovation of corporate service processes.
  • Reviews existing policies and systems; recommends customizations and revisions as needed.
  • Ensures compliance to all Policies & Procedures when processing documents related to corporate services.
  • Analyzes data/metrics and reports results quarterly and as needed.
  • Assists in budget planning, monitoring, and forecasting for Corporate Service Section.
  • Leads a team and provides constructive performance evaluation of each team member.


  • Graduate of Business Management or any related course.
  • With at least 6 years of similar work experience; experience in implementing automation projects is an advantage.
  • With at least 3 years leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with keen attention to details.
  • With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
  • Proactive individual with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency.
  • Must have good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
