Isuzu Vehicle Warranty Coverage FAQ

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY COVERAGE?

IPC warrants that within the period or mileage stated herein, it will either repair or replace free of charge through its authorized service centers any component part deemed to be defective in material or workmanship, except for those items listed under “What Is Not Covered”.

Warranty Coverage Table:

mu-X VARIANTS 36 months or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first
CROSSWIND VARIANTS 36 months or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first
D-MAX VARIANTS 36 months or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first
QKR 36 months or 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first
*N-SERIES 36 months / unlimited mileage
F-SERIES 24 months or 50,000 kilometers, whichever comes first
HEAVY-DUTY TRUCKS 12 months or 40,000 kilometers, whichever comes first

*For N-Series models used as Public Utility Vehicle (PUV), the warranty shall be 36 months or 150,000 km, whichever comes first.

The standard warranty period and distance shall be superseded by any mutually agreed warranty stipulations on the sales invoice, purchase contract, sales agreement, quotation, bid document, price confirmation, or similar document that dictates the terms and conditions of the sales thereof.

WHAT IS COVERED?

Vehicles Covered
This warranty applies to brand new Isuzu vehicles sold by Isuzu Philippines Corporation that are registered and normally operated in the Philippines.

Start of Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date the vehicle is delivered to the customer.

Transferability
Warranty coverage is fully transferable to subsequent vehicle owners. Only the non-expired portion of the warranty period will be taken over by the new owner.

*With regard to the items that are not covered by your vehicle’s warranty, please refer to your Servicing and Maintenance Guide Warranty Record Book for the detailed information.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I AM EXPERIENCING A PROBLEM WITH MY VEHICLE?

You may contact or visit any of our authorized Isuzu dealers that are proximate to your current location should there be any problem observed on your Isuzu vehicle. Your attending Servicing Advisor will provide you the necessary assistance to resolve the concern.

WHERE DO I TAKE MY VEHICLE FOR WARRANTY REPAIR?

Any repairs qualified under warranty coverage may be performed by any authorized Isuzu dealerships nearest you. Our dealer representatives shall perform the necessary warranty repair, replace or adjust any part of the vehicle that is found to be defective without any charges / fees.
