Product Sales Trainer (1)


  • Designs and implements training curriculum for dealer sales professionals to ensure in-depth knowledge and understanding of Isuzu products, market, and sales strategies.
  • Sets training program KPIs and regularly evaluates the effectiveness of the programs through assessment results and observations. Provides recommendations of intervention action plans.
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and process owners in developing accurate and customer-oriented training materials.
  • Seeks innovative methods in the implementation of the training programs through various platforms.
  • Manages the training costs and ensures the efficient use of the company resources.


  • Graduate of Education, Communication Arts, or related course.
  • With at least 3 years of sales and customer service training experience; training certification is a plus.
  • Must have basic technical knowledge in commercial and light commercial vehicles.
  • Proactive individual with keen attention to details and good organizational skills. 
  • With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
