JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supports HR activities in employee relations, engagement, recruitment, and training.
- Collects feedback and suggestions from employees and drives employee awareness of company rules, regulations, and activities through various communication channels.
- Issues requests for explanation on received Irregularity Reports and follows proper documentation procedures.
- In-charge with the design of the employees’ newsletter and ensures its timely release.
- Assists in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding and submits weekly update reports.
- Coordinates with participants and facilitators on training schedule and prepares the logistical requirements of the training.
- Assists in the implementation of the annual Ethics Management Program.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related course.
- With at least 3 years of related experience; experience in the manufacturing is an advantage.
- An agile HR practitioner with an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive individual with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency.
- With keen attention to details and good organizational skills.
