• Responsible for the achievement of sales target for Commercial Vehicles through the delivery of operational excellence in dealer sales operations.
  • Formulates effective business strategies through the analysis of customer behavior and sales reports. Ensures these are implemented by the dealer network with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Maintains a strong dealer network by working closely with dealers on the promotion of the CV category and ensures full alignment to the business objectives.
  • Negotiates with fleet customers on price, contract, payment terms, and services in compliance with the policy.
  • Leads a team in the implementation of strategic activities to achieve excellent sales experience. Supports the development of each Team Member by providing constructive performance evaluation.


  • Graduate of Business Management or related course.
  • With at least 10 years of related experience; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • With at least 5 years leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Has a strong background in the sales operations of automotive dealership with a proven track record in the achievement of sales profitability.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in market research analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding critical thinking and accurate decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
