Dealer Retail Sales Supervisor (1)


  • Works closely with dealers on the promotion of the Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) category and evaluates the effectiveness of the project.
  • Conceptualizes and implements strategic dealer establishment and standardization to strengthen the dealership network.
  • Monitors the achievement of retail sales target and prepares accurate reports.
  • Manages strong dealer partnerships through a dealer agreement and ensures each dealers' compliance.
  • Leads a team of diverse individuals in the implementation of proposed strategic activities to improve dealer sales. Oversees activities of the group and provides constructive performance evaluation of each team member.


  • Graduate of Business Management or related course.
  • With at least 6 years of related experience; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • With at least 3 years leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Has a strong background in the sales operations of automotive dealership with a proven track record in the achievement of sales profitability.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in market research analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding critical thinking and accurate decision-making skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
