Dealer Retail Sales Section Head (1)


  • Overall in-charge of the management of dealer retail sales and business activities that will ensure dealer sales achievement.
  • Responsible for the formulation and execution of the section’s business strategies. Ensures these are implemented with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Conceptualizes and implements strategic dealer establishmentand standardization


  • Graduate of Business Management or related course.
  • With at least 10 years of related experience; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • With at least 5 years leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Possess a strong background in the sales operations of automotive dealership with a demonstrated track record in the achievement of sales profitability.
  • Outstanding knowledge in market and research analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
