Sales Trainer (1)


  • Creates training presentations, materials, and monitoring systems based on proficiency assessment results, upcoming product, industry trends, and employee job function.
  • Provides reports on the overall results of the training and observations. Recommends appropriate follow-through activities and intervention action plans.
  • Maintains and manages participant training records for result analysis and data generation.
  • Manages training costs to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Works with subject matter experts and process owners in creating and updating training materials based on current product or systems development, ensuring accuracy.
  • Explores latest and innovative means to provide trainings to all levels of dealer associates and customers, using various platforms (onsite, offsite, digital) and method (traditional, interactive, multimedia).


  • Graduate of Business Management, Communications, Psychology or equivalent.
  • With at least 3 years of work experience in sales and/or behavioral training.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills both in written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical skills and keen to details.
  • Good multi-tasking skills and results driven.
  • Research-oriented and proficient in MS Office applications.
  • With valid driver’s license.
  • Willing to travel and work overtime.
